Lagree Method
Often described as ‘Pilates on steroids’ (though entirely gentle), this method from Los Angeles generally makes it possible to work the body deep down, to refine the figure and to strengthen the muscles, with no jarring impact on the joints.

A light-filled setting at the gates of Monaco
At Maison Minceur Riviera, we chose a studio on a human scale, bathed in natural light, where every detail contributes to the hushed elegance of the place. Herringbone parquet, a large arched mirror, sheer curtains: you discover a space conceived as a jewel case, right on the border of Monaco.
Our classes are deliberately limited to 4 people.
A semi-private experience, between one-to-one coaching and the energy of a group: the support is personalised and the corrections precise.

Our Lagree equipment in Riviera, Beausoleil: the Microformer
At the heart of our sessions is a machine designed for purity of movement: the Microformer. Unlike the Megaformer, ever-present in Monaco studios and designed to produce muscle volume, the Microformer works with fineness throughout. Its compactness is not a concession: it is a choice. Fewer mechanical variations, more purity of movement. Each exercise concentrates on the essential, without dispersion.
Continuous, progressive resistance
Its system of springs and carriages creates permanent tension, with no jolts and no impact. The body works deep down over time, never in explosive bursts.
A complementary alternative to the Monaco Megaformer studios
We are not competitors of the large Monaco studios. We offer a different approach: to sculpt without hypertrophy, to refine without adding bulk. For those seeking a long, tapered line rather than voluminous musculature, the Microformer is the right tool.
Mechanics in the service of an intimate setting
The compactness of the Microformer allows us to preserve the elegance of the studio, without visual clutter. You practise in a light-filled and calm space, not in a gym saturated with equipment.
The Lagree experience, Maison Minceur style
The principle
The principle is simple: slowness. By slowing the movement to the extreme, we remove momentum and force the muscles to work deep down and in extension. It is this permanent tension that generally engages the muscle fibres responsible for endurance and for the definition of the figure.

Beyond Lagree: a complete slimming journey
Lagree is a way into the Maison Minceur world. Our full range of treatments is available in our centres. This integrated approach makes it possible to build a tailored protocol: a Lagree session followed by lymphatic drainage to support recovery, or a cycle alternating Lagree and Indiba.
