What is Gym Face and Kobido?
Kobido is a Japanese facial massage, made of quick, precise movements. Gym Face adds work on the tone of the facial muscles.
The treatment combines three actions: draining, working the tissues, stimulating. No needle, no device, no surgery – the hands alone.
How a session unfolds
One hour.
- The first time, an assessment comes before the session: together we look at your skin and at what you are seeking.
- The face is cleansed and make-up removed.
- The practitioner begins with drainage, to reduce puffiness and prepare the tissues.
- Then comes the modelling and stimulation work, at a brisker pace.
- The session ends with slow, soothing movements.
